Welcome to Merch Depot. This website is operated by Audika Brands Inc., operating as Merch Depot (“Merch Depot”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order on MerchDepot.ca, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before ordering.

Ordering & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept credit card payments (processed by Stripe), PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer. Orders paid by Interac e-Transfer enter production once payment is received.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, and production begins shortly after.

Custom Products

Every custom item is made to order, just for you. The design tool creates a visual mockup for reference. We will do our absolute best to produce a real product as close as possible to your mockup, but exact placement, sizing, and colour may vary slightly between the on-screen preview and the printed product.

By completing checkout, you approve your design as submitted. Please double check spelling, placement, and image quality before ordering.

Your Artwork

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission to use them, and you grant Merch Depot permission to print and reproduce that artwork for the purpose of producing your order. You are fully responsible for the content you upload.

We may decline to print content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion. If we decline an order, you will receive a full refund.

Artwork Quality

Print quality depends on the quality of the files you upload. Low resolution or poor quality artwork will print as provided, and we are not responsible for results caused by the artwork itself. The design tool will flag artwork that may print at reduced quality.

If you would like us to design, improve, adjust, or modify your artwork, we are happy to help for an additional fee. Contact us at Hello@MerchDepot.ca before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Because custom items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom products unless we made a mistake or the item is defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for how we make things right.

Turnaround

Production timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping & Returns for current production and shipping timelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merch Depot’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
