Production Time

Every item is printed to order. Production typically takes 5 to 15 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders paid by Interac e-Transfer enter production once payment is received.

Shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier and your location.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom printed items are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom products.

If we made a mistake, or your item arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right. Email Hello@MerchDepot.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us as soon as possible at Hello@MerchDepot.ca. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
