MerchDepot.ca is operated by Audika Brands Inc., operating as Merch Depot. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

• Order and account information: your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and order history.
• Artwork: the images and designs you upload to create your products.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, or your bank (Interac e-Transfer). We never see or store your full card details.
• Site usage: basic analytics about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and general location.

How We Use It

We use your information to produce and ship your orders, process payments, send order and shipping emails, respond to support requests, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services that help us run the store:

• Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.
• ShipStation and shipping carriers to deliver your orders.
• Brevo to send transactional emails like order confirmations.
• Google Analytics for anonymous site usage statistics.
• Cloudflare for secure storage of uploaded artwork.
• Our production team receives your order details and artwork to print your products.

Cookies

We use cookies in two categories:

• Essential cookies keep the site working: your cart, your login session, checkout security, and payment processing. These are always active because the store cannot function without them.
• Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand site traffic. These only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Retention & Security

We keep order information as long as needed for business and legal purposes, such as taxes and warranty on your orders. Uploaded artwork is retained so we can reprint or support your orders. All data is transmitted over secure connections.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing Hello@MerchDepot.ca. We comply with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, and with Quebec’s privacy requirements for our Quebec customers.
